Join Sam Lee on a one-day pilgrimage into nature.
This will be a circular journey exploring nature and singing into the land. We will be doing lots of learning songs and finding places to share them on the route. A wild swim will be available for those who wish to. We will explore and learn about the ecology of the area and look at some often magical properties of the plants and trees we meet on our paths.
The pilgrimage will meet on Saturday morning at Cowden Station. There are regular trains to and from London, with the last train for London departing at 11pm.
Food will be provided but if you would rather bring your own food that is completely understandable. Please also bring your own cutlery, a bowl, a mug, tupperware for lunch to be carried in and a water bottle. Bring sturdy shoes and clothes suitable for the weather. Trousers are recommended so is a hat and swim wear, a small towel might be useful. This journey will be on foot and is for competent walkers only but for singers of any ability.
