FIRE CHOIR: SPRING TERM
13th January to 31st March 2025 • 7pm - 9pm
Kings Place, London
Fire Choir is an open-to-all community choir dedicated to communal singing with political empowerment.
Fire Choir is run by expert choir leaders Alex Etchart and Noga Ritter. We are a welcoming community that sing for joy and sing for change.
We tap into a repertoire of songs rooted in social change, highlighting social & environmental injustice around the world. We take songs to the streets; showing solidarity at demonstrations and protests for causes we are passionate about.
No experience necessary! If you’re new to being in a choir, don’t worry – we don’t do auditions, anyone with any ability can come along. We learn songs by ear, through recordings. We don’t read sheet music. The ability of the choir members varies from those with operatic training through to people with no previous experience at all. We do lots of warm ups and explore our voices. You can expect around 50 to 70 choir members in each session.
Channel your love for, or discontent with, this world through powerful communal singing that feeds the fire in your belly!

Membership fee is for a term of 10 in-person sessions of 2 hours each, on Mondays from 7pm – 9pm in the St Pancras Room at Kings Place.
