Join our summer celebration with the Ceilidh Liberation Front!
Open to dancers of all abilities - no experience necessary.
Come and celebrate midsummer with us with a rowdy, joyous ceilidh.
With the nights at their shortest we'll come together to mark the season in a night of music, merriment and wild abandon! Midsummer has always been a community celebration, bringing people together to feast, dance, and share in the joy of the solstice.
Bring your friends, bring your squeeze, bring your granny, and don't forget your dancing shoes.
Our very own house band, the Ceilidh Liberation Front, will provide the soundtrack. The Ceilidh Liberation Front subvert the lore of Ceilidh with their energetic folk dance regime. They breathe vigour and vitality into the traditional ceilidh, whilst honouring its roots and traditions.
All are welcome at this event – groups, pairs or solo bookings.
Join us this June for a celebration like no other!
Dress code: Grand Junction has a no-heels policy for this event. Other than that there is no strict dress code, come as splendid as you like! Let's see those midsummer outfits!
